Hanoi University of Science and Technology is facing with the increasing importance of and demand for highly qualified scientists and engineers to support Vietnam's industrialization, following the implementation of economic development plans since 1956. It is the now first research-oriented science and technology graduate school in Vietnam.

MOU signing ceremony between Julius-Maximilans University of Wuerzburg and HUST

On April 1st, 2014, at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Prof. Nguyen Trong Giang warmly welcomed Prof. Alfred Forchel – President of Julius-Maximilans University of Wuerzburg (Germany) for his official visit to HUST to sign the MOU for the purpose of enhancing the cooperation in training, scientific research and technology transfer.
