Talented Program in Information Science and Technology
Introduction: Talented Program is a program designed for elite students who aspire to be excellent experts, excellent managers in the core technical and technological fields in Industrial 4.0. The goal of the program is to provide high-quality human resources in the field of Information Science and Technology as Software Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks and Communications for analyzing equipment, designing, solving problems, evaluating potential solutions, building and managing intelligent systems.
Curricula: Information Science and Technology Talent Program focuses on training outstanding students according to the bachelor-master integration program (4 + 1.5) as follows:
1. Bachelor of Information Technology(4 years):
Training high-quality human resources for Information and Communication Technology, with core knowledge in computer science and technology, capable of analyzing design, problem-solving and evaluating solutions, capable of designing and building applications, services, and information technology systems; have soft skills and good English proficiency.
After completing a 4-year bachelor's degree, students can choose to graduate to work immediately or choose to study with a master's degree in the ELITECH program.
2. The orientation of a master's degree (1-1.5 years):
Artificial Intelligence: Equipping depth knowledge about knowledge representation and reasoning, machine learning, data mining, intelligent computing, high-performance computing, natural language processing, image processing, and computer vision Build smart applications and systems.
Data Science and Analytics: Equipping depth knowledge about techniques and technologies for collecting and organizing large data storage and processing; develop large data analysis algorithms to provide potential solutions for practical applications based on large data sources.
Internet of Things and Cyber Security: Equipping depth knowledge about computer systems and smart devices; data connection and communication technologies; information security and security techniques to build distributed applications and services in connected environments such as health care, smart agriculture, transportation, self-driving cars, smart city, e-government ...
Advantages: The flexible integrated training program allows outstanding students to earn a master's degree in the period of 5 to 5.5 years if they enroll and complete the program modules soon.

Study-Research opportunities: Information Science and Technology Talented Program students are facilitated to participate in research, working in labs, centers or interdisciplinary research groups to improve their research skills.
